Refund Policy

At Breakpoint Studios, we are committed to providing high-quality services and ensuring customer satisfaction. Our refund policy is outlined below:
1. General Refund Terms
- Deposits: All deposits made for project initiation are non-refundable. This secures our time and resources for your project.
- Completed Services: Refunds are not provided for services that have been fully rendered and approved by the client.
2. Hosting Services
- Non-Refundable Fees: Due to third-party service provider policies, all hosting service fees are non-refundable. This includes renewals and any additional services associated with hosting.
- Service Cancellation: If Breakpoint Studios terminates the hosting service before the end of the billing cycle, a prorated refund will be issued for the unused portion.
3. Maintenance Services
- Pre-Paid Plans: For clients on pre-paid maintenance plans, refunds for unused months may be considered upon written request.
- Service Utilization: No refunds will be provided for periods during which maintenance services were utilized.
4. SEO Campaigns
- Nature of SEO: SEO results are influenced by various factors, including search engine algorithms and market conditions. As such, specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
- Non-Refundable Services: Due to the nature of SEO work, refunds are not provided for services already performed, such as keyword research, content creation, and link building.
5. Client-Initiated Cancellation
- If a project is canceled by the client after work has commenced, refunds will not be issued for work already completed. Any unused portion of prepayments may be refunded at Breakpoint Studios' discretion.
